Wedding Cocktails Menu

 

Above is a recent project I completed with the couple naming their wedding cocktails after their dogs.

The dog illustrations were hand drawn in ink before being scanned in and printed on the menu and I love how they turned out!

Semi-custom stationery

 

Semi-custom stationery consists of adapting an existing design to suit your requirements.

To give you some ideas I have taken my line drawing of Dundas Castle and styled it in different ways.

1. Earthy palette - printed on stone coloured card with kraft envelope and twine

2. Chic & elegant - ivory textured card with bespoke gold monogram wax seal and navy envelope

3. Scottish heritage - printed on white textured card with Rose tartan ribbon and navy envelope

Painting Commission

 

Happy New Year! Above is a commission that I completed as a Christmas gift featuring a farm. I start with a pencil line drawing, then build up the layers of watercolour until the painting is complete.

From tomorrow we are back in lockdown in Scotland but fortunately I am still able to use my studio and open for business as usual.

Makeshift Pop Up Exhibition

I'm taking part in the 'Makeshift' pop up exhibition in my studio this weekend. 

There will be work from local artists, designers and makers including ceramics, prints, jewellery and gifts.

Enjoy delicious food, hot spiced drinks and traditional festive treats served throughout the day in the socially distanced cafe.

Commission of wedding venue

Above is a recent painting commission of the stunning Balbirnie House in Fife. I drew a pencil sketch of the building first then slowly built up the layers with watercolour. It is a wedding gift and I do hope the couple like it! Please get in touch if you are interested.
